I think this is the one!

My aunt made an amazing recipe similar to the one below a few Thanksgivings ago. Let me just tell you it was soooooooooooooooo good! I'm going to try this one out as my contribution to the family feast.

Bourbon Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
6 sweet potatoes, boiled until fork tender and peeled
1/2 cup fine aged Kentucky bourbon whiskey
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon grated cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all of the ingredients with an electric mixer at a medium speed until smooth. Pour all of the ingredients into a well oiled baking dish. Bake, lightly covered with foil, for 45 minutes.
