Infantissima
Infantissima got its start as so many great ideas do—out of necessity and a mother's ingenuity.
A mother and daughter were pondering an upcoming baby-shower gift; the daughter suggested burp cloths she'd seen in a boutique. The mother noticed that these "burp" cloths were just old-fashioned diapers with fabric trimming. Inspired, the two set about creating better-designed versions, with more beautiful fabrics and better color combinations. Infantissima—and a commitment to high design for nursery essentials—was born.

Summertime Pot Luck
In one of my Disney email newsletters they gave suggestions for budget saving parties for your summer vaction. Everyone is on a budget these days, but still want to entertain. They suggested having a chili cookoff or a sandwich soiree. I thought the sandwich sioree was a really cute idea and great for a moms group or playdate picnic. You provide the bread, chips and drinks and everyone else brings toppings and meat for sandwiches. What a great way to save time and money and most people have those supplies on hand to begin with. You can also have a BBQ where you supply the meat and everyone else brings the sides. Don't be afraid to ask guests to bring something as long as you are more than happy to do it in return:)

Top 10 things I want to do when the babies arrive!
I know that I won't have time to do some of the things on this list, but being on bedrest makes me think of all the things I'm missing. My selfish desires are going to be put on hold as soon as the twins arrive. I just feel like my life is on hold right now while these babies grow day by day. These items are in no particular order!!
1. Go to Starbucks and enduldge in a delicious coffee treat
2. Be able to put lotion on my legs (I can hardly reach past my knees)
3. Go shopping at Nordstrom (even if I just get to touch the pretty shoes and purses)
4. Get a facial (I can't lay on my back right now)
5. Go out to lunch someplace fun!
6. Get in my car and sing along with the radio
7. Go to Marshall's and Target and buy needless items
8. Go to the movies (I haven't been in 4 months becuase I couldn't sit in the seats comfortably)
9. Go on a date with my husband
10. Go for an early morning walk and enjoy the fresh air!

Is there help for TV addictions?
I am so addicted to TV since I'm confined to my bed 24 hours a day.I have thrown in a book or two, 2 naps a day and thank you note writing as added bonuses. I've found there is no need for Tivo since I have plenty of time to fit in all of my favorite shows. I have to admit I have mapped out my plan of attack for TV on certain nights where I have multiple shows airing. This is sick isn't it? I might need to seek treatment when the twins arrive!
Here are the shows I'm watching now...
1. All My Children
2. One Life to Live
3. Make Room for Multiples
4. Bringing Home Baby
5. Bridezillas
6. Army Wives
7. Girl Meets Gown
8. Say Yes to the Dress
9. Design Star
10. The Next Food Network Star
11. Top Chef
12. Housewives
13. Pretty Little Liars
14. The Doctors/Rachael Ray/Dr. Oz (not daily since I'm usually napping)
15. Hoarders-(when there isn't anything else on)
16. Drop Dead Diva
17. Today Show-(One should be informed about world events should they?)
18. Food Network/Cooking Channel (I fill in with these channels when there isn't anything else on. I hope I'm learning something from them because my cooking skills really need help!)
19. Royal Pains
20. My Life on the D List

Food made Fun
I saw these sandwich cutters in Parenting Magazine. I thought they were perfect for kids. They would even be great for parties. They come in a pack with different size and shapes of puzzle pieces. Once you cut you also remove the crust for those of you with picky eaters. You can purchase them at amazon.com for only around $14. What a great way to get kids to play with their food and eat it too!
Wish List!

Now that I'm approaching my 7th week on bed rest and I have nothing to do but look online all day and I am not really interested in buying clothes until I get a prepregnancy body back all I can't think about is jewelry. I'm currently eyeing these earrings. I think I would prefer them in white gold, but I would love them either way. I guess I'll just add them to my wish list a girl can dream can't she?
